Wind Driven Rain Results in Water Damages

While assisting a neighboring franchise in Georgia after heavy storms passed through the area, SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County helped a local resident with widespread water damage that had been caused by wind driven rain.  Water had made its way into the attic area, seeping in and damaging multiple areas of ceiling, and causing moisture buildup in the walls of the home.  Our team began the mitigation process by removing the unsalvageable ceiling, and employed various drying techniques and equipment to salvage the walls of the home.  This resulted in a minimization of overall damage received by the home, and helped to keep costs lower for the homeowner.
