Residential Water & Mold Damage in Escambia County, FL
This saturated carpeting, and resulting mold growth, was caused by a broken toilet supply line in the bathroom which shared a wall with the master bedroom closet. The water intrusion went unnoticed for a long period of time, leading to full saturation of the adjoining flooring and walls, and the development of microbial growth. SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County began by removing the affected carpeting and drywall after addressing the source of the leak. We then dried the surrounding salvageable materials, removing the conditions for more mold growth in the future and alleviating the health risks that were being posed to the family.
