Commercial Mold Remediation

While this commercial building was under renovation, a portion of the exterior facing offices were left exposed during a storm.  This resulted in water getting to the interior walls, and allowing mold growth to begin.  SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County was called to remediate the mold from the structure before construction could continue.  Our team removed the affected drywall that could not be salvaged, contained the office to prevent any further mold spread, and covered the exposed areas until the construction could be completed.  The customer was very pleased with SERVPRO's quick response time, thorough work during the project, and additional effort to prevent further mold issues from occurring during their construction.
