Residential Fire Damage in Pensacola, Florida

Due to faulty wiring in the bathroom wall, this residential property in Pensacola, Florida experienced a small fire.  Although the fire itself was small, smoke odor and soot residue was circulated through the majority of the home through the HVAC system.  SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County responded by removing the damaged drywall from the immediately affected area, followed by duct cleaning services.  Once these tasks were complete, our team worked to remove the soot residue from the rest of the property and contents, followed by odor remediation using industry leading equipment and chemicals.  The homeowners were very pleased with the result of the work performed!
